Package Inclusions: Includes specified internet speed, IPTV boxes, add-ons, and free installation.
Payment Terms: Full annual payment upfront; late payments may suspend services.
Service Usage: Internet is for business use only; reselling or excessive usage may lead to throttling or termination.
Add-Ons: Included in packages or available for purchase, subject to availability and additional installation time.
Support: 24/7 support for all packages; priority support for Pro and Elite SME packages. On-site support may incur extra charges.
Equipment: Hardware remains provider-owned unless purchased; customers are liable for damage or loss.
Upgrades: Upgrades allowed with extra charges; downgrades only at renewal.
Termination: 30-day notice required for termination; no refunds for unused months. Provider can terminate for misuse or non-payment.
Liability: Provider not liable for outages or delays; maximum liability limited to the current service period’s payment.
Renewals: Annual renewals with updated terms and pricing communicated in advance.
